With more than four decades of legal practice, Don Tremblay has built a career defined by versatility and tenacity. A former prosecutor with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, he relocated to San Diego to raise a family and founded his own firm in the early 1980s.

Over the course of his career, Don has served as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials and handled over ten appeals, including arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Supreme Court. His work has taken him across the country and internationally, with matters in Germany, England, Canada, and the Cayman Islands.

Today, Don focuses his practice on life sciences, licensing, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and appellate work. He is recognized for his deep knowledge of insurance coverage law and consistently identifies potential coverage opportunities for the firm's clients. As the firm's owner, he serves as a strategist, experienced negotiator, and appellate advocate on every matter the firm handles.

Bob Robinson brings a distinguished legal career spanning more than five decades to his role as Of Counsel. A graduate of Yale Law School, Bob spent a decade as a prosecutor with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office before entering private practice, where he has been serving clients continuously for more than 40 years.

His practice encompasses a broad range of disciplines, including business and estate planning, trust administration, formation and governance of corporate entities, real estate transactions and disputes, contract drafting and litigation, and intellectual property matters. Bob's extensive experience across both transactional and litigation work makes him an invaluable resource for clients navigating complex, multi-faceted legal challenges.

Maurile Tremblay is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theology cum laude and lettered in varsity football, and Duke University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996.

Following law school, Maurile served as General Counsel to First Nations Home Finance Corp., where he oversaw a team of 120 employees and managed all of the company's legal matters in addition to heading its secondary marketing department. His practice today focuses on business law, including corporate and LLC formation, business litigation, contract drafting and review, real estate transactions and disputes, and labor and employment matters.
